How to Rent Gases

1.  Customer must be open for deliveries starting at Noon
      A.  Key or Code to reach cylinders is okay.
      B.  If owner says we'll set them out, that is NOT okay, the key or code must give us access to ALL cylinders.  I don't want to have to wait until they're open and try to sneak out our cylinders if they stop paying..  The area we access must be the same area where all cylinders full, online, offline, or empty are kept.
2.  Customer must rent two or more, of each type of cylinder or gas in order to qualify to be on rental program.
      A.  2 x 20# CO2 and 1 x 50# CO2 is not okay  (this customer is a call in.)
      B.  2 x 20# CO2 and 2 x 50# CO2 is okay for rental program
3.  Customer must pay for first delivery before delivery is delivered.  Get a CC or get payment.
4.  Explain:  "We come by approximately once a month, exchange all empties for fulls. in addition to that charge, the only other charge will be a rental fee that is paid either quarterly, or annually.  Most people miss the rental fee and wonder what that is when they first see it, so I'm just letting you know now."
5.  If customer asks about Bulk we can explain that bulk is a good option if they are going through more than 500 lbs of gas per month (10 x 50# cylinders per month), otherwise they save money with cylinders.
      A.  Customer still wants bulk, lets refer them to Freedom Beverage 512-470-3221 (Bill Metcalfe)
      B.  We can still provide the emergency backup tanks for those customers if they want them.
6.  If a customer already is with NuCO2, they might want to check on their 3 year contract and see when it expires, otherwise, yes, we can come out and cut them over to our type of gas container. That will be a Service charge, refer to Chrisy to set that up.
